Elloughton House

Elloughton House provides accommodation for 28 clients whose needs are associated with age-related conditions, frailty, reablement and active recovery, dementia and physical disability. The care centre offers all single en-suite accommodation.

Brough Lodge

The care centre provides accommodation for 34 clients and is split into 3 separate units. The care centre offers all single en-suite accommodation.

Garden Suit – provides accommodation for 11 clients whose needs are associated with age-related conditions, dementia, mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

Humber Court – provides accommodation for 13 clients whose needs are associated with age-related conditions, dementia, mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

The Ridings Suite – provides accommodation for 10 clients; in Premium Suites which can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

My mother has been in Westerlands since August. I chose this facility because it had a welcoming atmosphere, the residents seemed well groomed and clean and the place seemed very clean and did not smell. Initially I had some reservations about he organisation within the home and this was echoed in the CQC report, however I have seen the staff make real efforts in recent months to put these administrative aspects right. The bottom line is that I have visited at random times throughout the past 6 months and I have never seen my mother treated with anything except the greatest respect.
